We understand it can be daunting when first coming to a clinic, we want to make that process as easy as possible.

How can you relieve my pain?

Osteopathy is an assessment treatment and management system designed to identify injured muscles, joints and other structures. Treatment consists of manual hands on treatment to improve mobility and to decrease muscle spasm.

How much does treatment cost?

The cost is £50 per treatment.

Do I need to undress?

We normally ask patients to undress to their underwear so we can examine the problem areas. Gowns are provided or feel free to bring shorts and loose top.

What happens on my first visit?

When you come for the first time we will ask questions about your condition and also about your general health. We will then examine you to find out what is causing the problem. Once we have diagnosed the problem then appropriate treatment will be given.

Will treatment hurt?

Most osteopathic techniques are not painful and we will discuss your treatment with you before we start.

How long does a session last?

Each session lasts about 30 minutes.
