I’ve never had experience with an Osteopath before but when I developed a sudden inability to move my head due to what felt like shoulder pain I was recommended to seek treatment at the practice. The pain in my shoulder was referred from my neck and was preventing me from working. In one half an hour appointment I explained my symptoms to Cai and he was able to manipulate my neck and back which instantly restored my neck movement. Cai explained what had happened and how to reduce the risk of recurrence in the future. It was transformative and I am so grateful to the team for seeing and fixing me in such short notice. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
